About

About Me
I am Daniel White, an experienced town planner and development consultant with a proven track record in securing planning permissions for a wide variety of projects across the UK. From small-scale residential extensions to large-scale infrastructure developments, my expertise in navigating the UK planning system ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a successful outcome.
My Career Journey
My career in town planning began at a Local Planning Authority in Essex, where I started as a Planning Technician and advanced to the position of Town Planner. During this time, I completed my Master’s degree in Town Planning at Anglia Ruskin University, further developing my knowledge of planning policy and regulations.
After my time in the public sector, I worked for one of the UK’s largest house builders, managing a wide range of residential and infrastructure projects. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the development process, from site appraisal to project delivery.
I later transitioned into private planning consultancy, gaining invaluable experience with two well-established planning firms. I have since worked with clients across East Anglia, London, Essex, Suffolk, and other regions of the UK, advising on complex planning applications and ensuring successful outcomes.
